一、协议适用范围
本协议仅适用于百度净化插件测试版（Beta 版）。用户安装、启用或使用本测试版插件，即视为已阅读、理解并同意本协议全部条款。
This Agreement applies only to the Beta version of Baidu Clean Plugin. By installing or using the beta plugin, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.
二、测试版说明
本插件为测试版本，主要用于功能验证、体验反馈、问题修复，并非最终正式版本。
- 测试版可能存在功能不稳定、页面适配异常等情况
- 开发者可随时更新、优化、调整测试版功能
- 测试版免费使用，无付费内容，无使用限制
This is a beta version for testing and feedback. It may have instability issues. The developer can update features at any time. The beta version is completely free.
三、用户权利
- 免费使用测试版全部功能
- 随时开启、关闭或卸载插件
- 向开发者反馈问题、建议和使用体验
- 查看插件开源代码，确认安全性
- Freely use all features
- Enable/disable/uninstall anytime
- Feedback issues and suggestions
- View open-source code
四、用户义务
- 仅限个人合法使用，不得用于商业或非法用途
- 不得破解、篡改、反编译或恶意分发插件
- 不得利用插件进行违规、侵权、损害他人利益的行为
Users shall only use the plugin legally. Cracking, tampering, distributing or illegal usage is prohibited.
五、功能与权限说明
测试版插件仅在百度域名下运行，仅实现以下功能：
- 屏蔽百度页面广告与推广内容
- 屏蔽百度 AI+ 释义卡片与搜索联想词
- 置顶官方网站搜索结果
- 优化百度页面布局与显示效果
插件无多余权限，无后台行为，无数据上传。
The plugin only runs on Baidu domains to block ads, AI results, pin official sites, and optimize layout. No extra permissions, no background activities, no data uploading.
六、免责声明
因测试版特性，开发者不承担以下情况责任：
- 百度页面更新导致插件临时失效或异常
- 浏览器版本兼容问题
- 测试版本身存在的已知或未知 BUG
- 用户自行修改插件导致的问题
The developer is not responsible for temporary failures due to Baidu or browser updates, beta bugs, or user-modified plugins.
七、协议变更与终止
开发者可根据测试需要更新协议内容，继续使用即视为同意新版协议。用户可随时卸载插件，终止试用。
The developer may update the agreement. Uninstalling the plugin will terminate this trial agreement.
